We at Silverado, home of The David Reutimann Charity Auction and Golf tournament, want to offer our course for your next charity, civic group or corporate outing. With over 20 years of experience coordinating and executing successful golf events we have a dedicated team who will take the STRESS out of organizing your next golf outing. The beauty of what we do at Silverado is that you as the tournament organizer can keep the price down for players, offer a professionally run tournament on a pristine, well manicured golf course and experience a day of fun and camaraderie for you and your staff.
Prior to the event- We will create a promotional flyer; advertise your tournament on the Silverado website, in our monthly newsletter (which currently reaches over 10,000 people in the East Pasco area), and prominently display event information throughout Silverado clubhouse
- Day of tournament- all registration and check in of players; cart signs and scorecards for players; tournament announcements; set up contest holes including putting contest; set up any signage necessary including provided hole sponsorship signage, banners, etc.(optional); escort each group to their respective starting hole; score all tournament results and contest holes. PA system available for any raffle prizes, 50/50 announcements, door prizes, etc.
- We customize each event to your specific needs while maximizing profits for the charity through a variety of other money making games and contests.

October 15-16 - 2011 ZEPHYRHILLS OPEN
NEW for 2011!! Championship Flight Only– 54 hole stroke play.
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday October 14,15 & 16
- All other Flights - 36 hole individual stroke play event open to all players.
- Flights are determined by Saturday’s 18 hole score. Both days scores are added together to determine the winner of each flight and the winner of the event.
- NO handicaps are necessary to play in the event.
- Prizes $300 pro shop credit (depending on # of entries) & FREE MEMBERSHIP!! – Each flight winner will receive (1) FREE Greens Fee Membership for 1 year. Valued at over $1300! (golf cart fees not included)
Schedule of Events
- Saturday, October 15th -Tee Times starting at 7:30 Cookout Lunch $5- optional
- Sunday, October 16th -Tee Times starting at 7:30 Dinner included after the round.
- Fee: $100 includes Golf, Cart, dinner and prizes. $60 for Silverado Members
- Championship Flight- $125
